Payments

Payments of rents, condominium fees and homeowner's dues may be mailed or delivered to the office during regular business hours.

MMI will accept payments made payable to MMI in the form of check, money order or bank check.  This would include travelers checks.  Our policy is that if a check is returned unpaid, for any reason, from a Tenant or Owner within an association, we will accept personal checks from that resident only after redemption, by certified funds, of the payment and  any required late charges or NSF fees.  If the non-payment is due to bank error, you may wish to contact your bank to have them pay these fees, but we never waive late fees or NSF administrative fees.  Should a second check be returned unpaid, we will never again accept personal checks from that resident.
