This section of our website is devoted to helping you obtain information and services from MMI.  As always, feel free to phone our office during business hours for any type of assistance.  The section, "Contacting our Staff" will help you wade through what sometimes seems like a lengthy recorded message when the office staff is busy. 

If you have an emergency, you call the same phone numbers for the office as you would for any other reason, but, if the phone system answers, dial 31.  This will place your message into a special mailbox which will automatically contact our emergency maintenance staff via pager.  Be sure to leave a phone number where you can be reached.  Maintenance staff will not respond without calling first.   Remember, our personnel have personal lives too, so they don't like to give-out their home phone numbers.  If you have caller ID, we will block it when we call you from home.  You need to turn-off the feature that restricts calls from people who block caller ID or you may not receive a response.
