Chris Majerle, president of MMI, has held a real estate brokers license in Maryland since 1975, a brokers license in Washington, D.C. since 1982, and has specialized in property management since 1982.

His experience includes leasing and management of individual rental units, as well as on- and off-site management of apartment buildings from 3 to 432 units. He has also managed Homeowner's Associations and Condominium Associations of various sizes and configurations.

Mr Majerle serves as chair of both the Greater Capitol Area Assoc of REALTORS Property Management Committee and the Prince George's County Association of REALTORS Property Management Committee.

Majerle Management, Inc. is a locally owned and operated management company. Our focus is on rentals and property management, including the management of homeowners and condominium associations.

MMI is developing a unique system of property management operated from offices located in the homes of our associates.

Our ever-expanding territory in Maryland now stretches from south Baltimore through Columbia and Annapolis, as well as Prince George's and Montgomery counties. We also serve portions of the nation's Capitol.

As specialists in the area of residential property management, we endeavor to lead the local industry.

When the lead paint law was proposed, we informed our clients of its implications and called for legislative action. When the law passed, we educated our clients about the positive and negative implications. We then put our maintenance personnel through the required training to cost-effectively comply with the new law.

There are only a handful of real estate companies who can claim to specialize in residential property management, and only one serves the territory MMI covers. Our growth will benefit all of our clients as we reinvest in the company and enhance our services.
