Majerle Management, Inc. was incorporated in Maryland on March 5, 1987 and is independently owned and operated by Chris Majerle, CMCA, AMS, GRI, President.

Our office is located near the Capital Beltway and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway

The staff includes Property Managers who work both from the corporate office and from home offices throughout the Baltimore/Washington/Annapolis areas.

All accounting is done in-house.

Majerle Management, Inc. is licensed, bonded and insured. We are specialists in managing detached homes, town homes, condominiums and apartments.

Our agents focus their efforts in the direction of rentals rather than sales and are satisfied with smaller but more frequent paychecks that result from this specialty.

A major part of any property management business is its ability to accomplish repairs and maintenance. While not a part of MMI, Market Ready Inc. is a licensed, insured home improvement / maintenance company owned by Chris Majerle.

The addition of Market Ready, Inc. has provided MMI with total control over many areas of maintenance and repair, ranging from painting, tile and broken glass to fire and water damage restorations. Market Ready, Inc. is also certified by the State of Maryland as a lead paint abatement contractor.
