Our Program is geared to the Entry Level Property Manager.  Even seasoned Real Estate people will find a wealth of new information in this highly specialized program

Property Management has emerged as a specialty within the Real Estate Industry.   Within Property Management, you'll find specialists in Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Community Association Management.  Our program is designed to get you started within the Residential specialties.  Have a look at our course content and see if, after completing the program, you wouldn't feel competent and able to call yourself a Specialist.

Sessions are offered in the early evening, every other Tuesday.  There are no prerequisites; new staff may enter at any point within the program.  At the end, there is a short break and the program begins again.  All training is free and detailed outlines are provided for each session
