Our Agents receive compensation in a variety of ways.
What's Different? - What is different about our compensation package is that it's an integrated, long-term source of income. First, there's the small, but quick rental commission. Then, there's the monthly management fee. Finally, there's the sales commission. Meanwhile, there could be an extra rental commission every once in a while. Different? Yeah, it's different. How else can you list a property once, draw a monthly income from it until the owner needs your services again to rent it or to sell it and have the listing in the bag?
So, How Much Can You Earn? - With our support staff, a full-time manager can manage from 100 units or more. An average unit pays a monthly income of about $65. Rental and sales commissions will add from 50 to 100% more. So, 100 units yields commission income of $100,000 to $150,000. Not too shabby for what will be nearly a 9-5 job with a very regular paycheck. How fast will it get there? That's up to you. A year. Two. Five... Never if you don't work hard and smart.
