STOP SPINNING YOUR WHEELS

Did you know that real estate agents receive only about 10% the commission for renting a home that they would for selling?

Could this be why you're having trouble getting help?

MMI specializes in rental property. We know how to do it and this means we've found ways for you to find a home quickly--if not, we would not be profitable.  So, do you want to spin your wheels or do you want to quickly find a great home?

Here's how it's done...

1.  Know your qualifications -- MMI posts our qualification policy right here on our website. Look at it.  Estimate the price range for which you qualify before you even start looking for a home.  If there's any doubt about the condition of your credit, check your own credit--it's free in Maryland.  All Maryland residents are entitled to a free credit report once each year.

2.  Get represented--Buyers get representation from agents; you should too!  In our Need to Know section, you'll learn about how we offer representation to people looking for rental property.  We'll gladly show you our listings. If you want us to search the market and really help you find a home, you must be represented by us.

3.  Search listings -- When you find something on our site or on any rental website, call your MMI agent and get all the information without going through the pre-qualification, information gathering process each time you call a new agent.
